The Foundations Program

Over 12 weeks, we’ll blend science, education, and strategy to create a personalized blueprint that fits your goals and your real life. Through eight guided sessions, you’ll integrate nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle practices that strengthen your foundations and help life flow with more ease, energy, and confidence.

Session One | 90 min | Foundation + Assessment

Session Two - Seven | 45 min each | Progress + Implementation

Session Eight | 45 min | Integration and Check-in To be scheduled one month after completing the first seven sessions
